Alan has over 25 years of experience from various corporate sectors in senior management roles with 11 years in education and training sectors heading private schools as Academic Director and CEO positions. He has an MBA (International Business) from Edith Cowen University, Australia and Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) in Journalism from University of Oklahoma, USA.  

Dr. Tay manages his own business, specializes in technology-enabled learning and consultancy for strategic learning and development in corporate workplace settings for over 30 years. He holds a Doctor of Education Degree and specializes in adult learning from Edith Cowan University, Australia and MBA (Entrepreneurship Management), University of Louisville, USA.  

Dr. Hong is a Research Scientist in CRADLE@NTU, seconded from Lee Kong Chian Institute of Medicine, where he is the Senior Assistant Director and Head of eLearning Research & Development. He received his PhD and Master degrees on Corpus Linguistics from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Willard has more than 10 years of career experience in a management capacity, alongside his acclaimed adjunct academic expertise as lecturer and programme Leader with various Universities and Institutes of Higher Education. He holds a BA in Hospitality & Tourism Management (Distinction), and an MBA in Hospitality Management (Distinction), Queen Margaret University, UK

Jerry is highly involved in workforce skills training and assessments as part of SkillsFuture framework, he has worked in F & B sectors and adult education sectors for over 35 years. He holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Institute and has many professional Certifications in trainings including ACTA and DACE.
